Sunday’s game between the Chicago Bulls and the Miami Heat could very well be a preview of the Eastern Conference finals. To this point, the Bulls and Heat have clearly been to the top teams in the NBA and barring any significant time missed by either team’s key players; both teams should be standing at the end. In the east, getting to the NBA finals will be going through Chicago and Miami. Both the Bulls and the Heat have shown signs of being unbeatable this season as and need to continue to play well to hold off charges from the Philadelphia 76ers, Indiana Pacers, Atlanta Hawks and Orlando Magic. The Eastern Conference is deep especially when a veteran team like the Boston Celtics could have a chance to miss the playoffs. It’s early to see if teams like the 76ers and Pacers can maintain their hot starts throughout the season and if teams like the Celtics and New York Knicks can find a grove and challenges the leagues top teams. The team with the most pressure and most to prove has to bee the Heat as expectations are set extremely high. The questions of which of the Big Three, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade or Chris Bosh, will take the shot at the end of the game will continue being asked as well if Miami has fixed its fourth quarter woes. This game is crucial as both teams would like to have home court advantage throughout the playoffs. The atmosphere Sunday will be like a Game 7, so with that said taking the home team is usually a safe bet: Miami 95 Chicago 85 (Record: 19-10).
